Former ABC chairman Justin Milne’s dog accused of attacks
Former ABC chairman Justin Milne’s dog ‘Spike’ has been accused of attacking several dogs and a postman.
Former ABC chairman Justin Milne’s dog ‘Spike’ has been accused of attacking several dogs and a postman in Sydney’s inner west.
Channel 10 reported Mr Milne’s terrier has a bark to match his bite, after the owner of a three-legged rescue greyhound claimed Spike went after his dog, Jack at a park in Rozelle.
“This scottish terrier just attacked Jack,” the dog’s owner, Peter Adam, told Ten News.
“It started snapping and biting at him and bit him on the back leg.”
“And the attitude was just staggering,” Mr Adam continued.
Mr Milne’s dog came to the forefront as a suspect in the dog attacks after another dog, Winston, was attacked in the same spot.
After Winston’s owner launched a social media image to find the owner of the dog, more victims of Spike’s attack came forward.
It seems Spike has a type, after another owner alleged Mr Milne’s dog also attacked his rescue greyhound.
“They are well known in our area and have attacked our postie and our neighbour’s dog,” another social media user said.
Mr Milne declined to comment on the actions of Spike.
