Prince Harry and Meghan Markle agree to a sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey
The talk show queen will sit down with the pair for a 90-minute interview set to air in March.
Talk-show host Oprah Winfrey will sit down with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in their first major interview since they quit their royal duties in Britain and relocated to the US.
The 90-minute special will air during prime time on US network CBS on Sunday, March 7.
“Winfrey will speak with Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, in a wide-ranging interview, covering everything from stepping into life as a royal, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work, to how she is handling life under intense public pressure,” the network revealed.
“Later, the two are joined by Prince Harry as they speak about their move to the United States and their future hopes and dreams for their expanding family.”
It comes after the royal pair announced on Valentine’s Day in the US - the same day that Princess Diana told the world 37 years ago that she was pregnant with Prince Harry - they are expecting their second child.
“We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child,” a spokesperson for the couple said.
The new baby will be a sibling for Archie who turns two on May 6.
