Every morning artist, illustrator and barista Matt Jones serves ‘serious’ coffee – organic, fair trade, strong – as well as good leaf teas and fabulous single origin hot chocolate from his studio. There are a few locally baked treats, and muesli. Come midday Mr Jones is back to his paintbrushes.
