2022 – it's been a year, and I for one vote for a make-ahead, keep-it-simple kind of Christmas. One that is still full of flavour and special-day panache, but with dishes that are entirely achievable and can be prepped ahead or assembled with a very hands-off approach to cooking on the day. The following dishes meet those criteria – simple, special enough to mark the occasion, and smack full of flavour.
