Two Sydney lads have refurbished a Healesville alley to fit half-a-dozen tables, one pew and a team turning out locally sourced, Italian-inflected fare. Their terracotta pot-baked muffins (zucchini and dill) and brilliant breadboard platters (roasted pistachios, goat's cheese, fresh ricotta, prosciutto ) encapsulate the Yarra Valley. There's also locally roasted coffee and sweets such as orange poppyseed cake with mascarpone icing.
