The Dip

$$

It’s the culinary equivalent of walking through mud: thick, heavy and adventurous. Opt for a deep-fried chicken burger, pulled pork nachos with cream and cheese, or King of the Mud, the fluffernutter: a peanut butter brownie lathered in marshmallow and served with chocolate ice-cream. It’s American comfort food with few green ingredients and even fewer compromises made on taste. Co-owner and cook Andrew Levins is a DJ, too; head to The Dip on a Thursday to hear him spin some beats. Note: that’s beats, not beets, and the only salsa on offer is the eating kind.
