Dick's Hotel

Dick's Hotel, which has been trading since 1874, calls itself 'The People's Pub' - and why not? The people certainly come here. An extensive menu offers starters to share, tasty sides and a good variety of mains. The parmesan-crusted veal with smashed spuds and the braised lamb shoulder brochette impressed. The blackboard specials are great value, with $12 rumps from Monday to Wednesday and $12 schnitzels for Thursday lunch and dinner. There is a good selection of beers alongside an interesting wine list, all of which can be enjoyed inside or out in the huge heated and canopied beer garden.
