Sit long enough in the sunshine on the front terrace (the Tapas Bar) and you'll see the whole of Sydney passing by. But it's when you see local chefs eating here on their day off that you know you are in the right place for good food. A new addition to the menu is the alpaca burger (raised locally) served with oven-roasted tomato, rocket, onion jam and chips (the chips are truly the best we've had for a very long time). Vegetarians are very well catered for with char-grilled vegetable salad with pesto, baby spinach, pinenuts and parmesan or a tapas plate.
