Tapas venue Bomba has relaunched its top-floor bar, turning it into a rooftop bar for all seasons. Vast, gleaming windows provide an almost 360-degree view of city lights, while a timber ceiling provides shelter from the elements. Narrow wooden benchtops and stools run the perimeter of the bar, meaning there are plenty of perching spots with a view, and wicker pendant lights add a splash of colour to the otherwise industrial-chic set up. Drinks are simple yet elegant, like Animus gin with Fever-Tree tonic, orange and an olive, or a blend of Melbourne Moonshine apple pie with ginger beer. Spanish drops get a look in alongside local varieties, and there's Bomba lager on tap.
