DISGRACED sports scientist Stephen Dank has again faced a Darwin court on fraud and forgery charges as his lawyers comb though the “huge brief of evidence” in the prosecution case.
Dank applied for legal aid in February and his lawyer, Matt Hubber, told the Darwin Local Court yesterday he was still in the middle of completing the process from interstate.
In seeking another adjournment, Mr Hubber said he was still making his way through the “huge brief of evidence”.
Judge Alan Woodcock adjourned the hearing until June 24 when Dank will again be excused from travelling from interstate to attend court.
