TO be charged with High Range drink driving, you have to blow 0.15 or higher.
That means all of these drivers were at least three times the legal limit.
These are some of the drink drivers who had their cases finalised in the courts recently:
SHAUN SIMON
Charged with:
Drive Without Due Care
Fail To Provide Breath For Analysis
Driver Drive Under Influence Of Alcohol
Drive A Motor Vehicle While Unlicensed
Not Stop After Crash
Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content
Sentenced to six months in prison, suspended after serving two months. Will then go on a one-year Good Behaviour Bond. Disqualified from driving for five years.
BRENDAN DJULWANBUY
Charged with:
Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content
Not Stop Or Assist After Crash
Pleaded guilty to both counts and was given a $750 fine plus a $300 levy. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
ATMIYA PATEL
Charged with:
Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content
Pleaded guilty and was fined $600 plus a $150 levy. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
BRETT RAYER
Charged with:
Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content
Drive A Motor Vehicle While Unlicensed
Drive Without Due Care
Pleaded guilty to all charges and was given a $750 fine plus a $450 levy. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Drive Unregistered Motor Vehicle
Drive Uninsured Motor Vehicle
Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content
Pleaded guilty to all charges and was given the following fines:
* Drive without due care $150.00
* Drive a motor vehicle while unlicensed $150.00
* Drive Unregistered Motor Vehicle $150.00
* Drive uninsured motor vehicle $150.00
* Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content $150.00
Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Must have an Alcohol Content Ignition Lock installed for a further 12 months.
Put on a 12-month Good Behaviour Bond.
UNOCHA BURRBURR
Charged with:
Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content
Fined $600 plus have to pay a $150 levy. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
JARED NABULWAD
Charged with:
Drive A Motor Vehicle While Unlicensed
Drive Unregistered Motor Vehicle
Drive Uninsured Motor Vehicle
Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content
Handed a $770 fine plus a $600 levy. Licence disqualified for 18 months. Must have an alcohol ignition lock fitted for 12 months.
