WE’VE been keeping track of the daily court lists.

Here are some of the bad drivers who had their cases finalised in the courts in the past week:

GERARD YUNUPINGU

Charged with:

Drive A Motor Vehicle While Unlicensed

Drive At A Speed And In Manner Dangerous

Fail To Report A Crash (Accident)

On August 2 last year they pleaded guilty to all charges. On August 7 they were they were disqualified from driving for six months and put on a 12-month Good Behaviour Bond.

On April 16 there was a breach of the bond proven and they had a three-month sentence (which had been suspended) restored.

ADRIAN DENNIS CORRIE

Charged with:

Exceed Speed Limit 31-45km/H Over Limit

Drive Medium Range Blood Alcohol Content”

For count 1 they got a $300 fine plus a $150 levy. For count 2 they got a $600 fine plus a $150 levy. They had their licence disqualified for 11 months. When they get their licence back they have to have an alcohol ignition lock installed for 12 months.

SCOTT HAMMET BUILDING & CARPENTRY PTY LTD

Charged with:

Permit To Drive Single Steer Axle 6t

The company was given a $1500 fine plus a $1000 levy.

SAMANTHA MURRUNGUN

Charged with:

Drive Unregistered Motor Vehicle

Drive Uninsured Motor Vehicle

Drive A Motor Vehicle While Unlicensed

Handed a $500 fine plus a $450 levy.

PHILOMENA MOSQUITO

Charged with:

Unlawfully Use A Motor Vehicle

Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content

Drive A Motor Vehicle While Unlicensed

Drive Unregistered Motor Vehicle

Drive Uninsured Motor Vehicle

They were putt on a 12-month good behaviour bond in relation to counts 1-3, and fined $150 for each of those counts. For counts 4 and 5 they received a $1540 fine and a $300 levy. They had their licence disqualified for 12 months.

KD RURAL (NT) PTY LTD

Charged with:

Permit To Drive Tandem Exceed 16.5t

Permit To Drive Triaxle Exceed 20 T

The company was fined $1000 plus a $2000 levy.

J & C MEANEY TRANSPORT PTY LTD

Charged with:

Permit To Drive Exceed Triaxle 22.5t

The company was fined $1500 plus a $1000 levy.

They were given a $1500 fine plus a $450 levy and had their licence cancelled for 12 months.

SHARON MARIA GREY

Charged with:

Poss Schd 1 Less Traf Qty Pub

Poss Thing To Admin Drug

Drive Unregistered Motor Vehicle

Drive Uninsured Motor Vehicle

For count 1 she was given a $300 fine plus a $150 levy. For counts 2, 3 and 4 was given a $300 fine plus a $450 levy

FOLLINGTON HAULAGE PTY LTD

Charged with:

Permit To Drive Triaxle Exceed 20 T

The company was fined $500 plus a $1000 levy.

MATT GUERRA MAXWELL DI COLA

Charged with:

Drive High Range Blood Alcohol Content

They were given an $800 fine plus a $150 levy, had their licence disqualified for 18 months and when they get their licence back will have an alcohol ignition lock on their car for 12 months.

JACINTA ETHEL RENEE BADING

Charged with:

Drive Unregistered Motor Vehicle

Drive Uninsured Motor Vehicle

Drive A Motor Vehicle While Unlicensed

They were given an $800 fine plus a $450 levy.
