STEPHEN Dank, the disgraced sports scientist involved in the Essendon Football Club’s supplements scandal, has had his case at the Darwin Local Court adjourned again, for August 26.
Dank is facing court on a string of charges including unlawfully cause serious harm, forgery, obtain benefit by a deception, knowingly utter a forged document and recklessly endangering serious harm.

Dank’s lawyer Matt Hubber told the court progress had been made on the matter but an adjournment was required due to the fact Dank’s application for legal aid was still being processed, and his financials handed over.
