A MAN accused of ramming his 4WD into a Darwin pub last month has had his second appearance in court.
Dale Robert Talbot, 38, appeared in Darwin Local Court Wednesday charged with a string of offences, including recklessly endangering life, dangerous driving and criminal damage.
Talbot was arrested in the early hours of December 7 after allegedly driving into a crowd of people before ploughing into Six Tanks Brew Co on Mitchell St.

Another two men alleged to have been involved in an altercation with the driver beforehand, aged 25 and 32, were also charged.
Two days after the alleged incident, a video emerged that shows a man being kicked and punched while lying on the ground.

Speaking to media after Talbot’s first court appearance, his family said Talbot was the one on the ground in the video.
He has been remanded in custody to return to court in March.
