A MAN is set to face court after being caught driving drunk and 65km/h over the speed limit with three passengers in the car over the weekend.
The 23-year-old man was pulled over on Saturday on Hillier Road, Howard Springs when he was clocked going 135km/h is a 70km/h zone.
He was also breath tested and found to have had a medium range blood alcohol level.
The man has been charged with drive medium range, driving without a license and driving at a dangerous speed.
Acting Sergeant Conelius said: “the driver of this vehicle placed not only his own life, but the lives of his three passengers, including his own brother at serious risk.”

The driver will face court on January 14.
