Police are investigating the cause of a house fire in Kirwan, after residents were evacuated in the early hours of the morning.
Firefighters and police crews responded to reports of smoke coming from a house on Tottenham Court, Kirwan, just before 3am on Saturday.
Fire and rescue were able to contain a small fire that had started in one of the bedrooms at the residence.
Police said everyone inside the address was evacuated, and no one was injured.
Police established a crime scene at the scene of the fire on Saturday morning while they investigated the cause of the blaze.
