South Australia’s real estate market has performed solidly for several years now – but who are the leading ladies selling homes across the state?

Today we celebrate SA’s top-selling female real estate agents.

In compiling our list of the top 72 women in real estate, we reached out to the state’s largest agencies to uncover their star performers and have ranked them by total value of sales for the 2023-24 financial year.

From area of expertise to average time on market, to years in the industry – this list has everything you need to know to find the right agent for you.

The information included was supplied by the agents, and given the list only features those who wished to disclose their settled sales, some of the industry’s star performers like Williams Real Estate’s Stephanie Williams, Dee-Anne Hunt, Angela Stentiford or Marina Ormsby – don’t appear.
