VIRGIN Australia will reinstate its Darwin to Melbourne route in time for the school holiday rush after the NT Government revoked its Covid-19 hotspot restrictions for Greater Melbourne.
The flights will recommence on June 25, adding more than 1200 seats per week.
The Covid-19 hotspot declaration was revoked on Monday and replaced with a tiered system.
The tiered system will allow residents who haven’t been at certain exposure sites to move freely.
