BASSINTHEGRASS 2022

Baker Boy will return to the Territory as one of the headline acts in the 2023 BASSINTHEGRASS line-up, alongside some other massive Australian music acts.

The Terrtiory’s biggest music festival promises to go up another level in 2023 as it returns to Mindil Beach on May 23.

The 2022 edition attracted almost 16,000 people from across the country as the event sold out, proving itself a must for music lovers.

More than 5500 interstate visitors came to the Territory for BASSINTHEGRASS 2022, with the event generating $15.8m for the NT.

Among the big names heading to Darwin are Amy Shark, who headlined Darwin’s 2021 New Year’s Eve celebrations, and Guy Sebastian.

“I am so stoked to be heading up to Darwin to play live with my band at BASSINTHEGRASS,” Sebastian said.

“I love heading to the NT – the vibe up there is always electric, and the energy I get from everyone up north always leaves me and the band buzzing with how much they love music and life.”

Also among the artists hitting the stage at Mindil Beach is Tones and I.

“I’m really looking forward to getting back to Darwin after playing New Year’s Eve 2020. It was a great memory and I loved the city,” she said.
