HOG’S Breath Cafe in Palmerston has closed its doors again, just months after reopening with new owners.

In a Facebook post made today, Hog’s Breath Palmerston announced the permanent closure of the venue.

“Hello wonderful customers! We sadly have to announce that we will be permanently closed from today,” the post said.

“We want to thank everyone for your support during these times.”

The Palmerston restaurant closed its doors last October due to COVID-19.

It then reopened its doors in November following a nationwide handover of the business.

Hogs’ Breath at Palmerston and Casuarina are both run by franchisee Carmack McCarthy.

The Casuarina restaurant remains open.
