TONIGHT’S Noonamah Rodeo is set to be the biggest in over a year, with tickets selling out in record time.

Noonamah Tavern events and promotions manager Spokz Wheeler said the event would be the biggest rodeo the Territory had seen since the pandemic began, with crowds capped at 3000 due to COVID safety restrictions.

Crowds will be watching to see if the unrideable feature bull, Vengeance, will be able to keep his perfect record intact.

No rider has ever stayed on Vengeance longer than the required eight seconds.

Territory rodeo champ Darcy McBean said the bull would make a spectacular replacement for the undefeated rodeo bull Guns N Roses who retired in 2019.

“Vengeance definitely has the wow factor,” he said.
