THE Lake Bennett Resort has reopened today, more than three years after the beloved Darwin rural area hotel was shuttered.
Director Andrew Gunn said the resort had undergone a complete facelift over the past few months, including upgrades to all the rooms, the kitchen and the pool.
He said the resort’s phones had been “running hot” with people keen to stay, and its rooms were already booked out for several days next month.
