A 21-YEAR-OLD man is facing multiple charges after police caught him allegedly drink driving over three times the legal limit with an unrestrained baby in the car.
Northern Watch Commander Senior Sergeant Vicki Koums said the police said the man was stopped for a roadside breath test along Wollogorang Rd, Borroloola at about 8.30pm on Saturday.
Police said there was an unrestrained one-year-old child among three passengers in the car.
The driver provided a high-range breath alcohol content reading of .162 per cent.

He was charge with high-range drink driving, driving a motor vehicle while unlicensed, furnishing a false name to police and driving with an unrestrained child between 1-16.
