Danila Dilba’s Dr Andrew Webster administered the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine with another recipient Thomas Mayor explaining that it was important for him to be vaccinated to help stop the spread.

“It’s important that our people get vaccinated against COVID-19, as one of the most vulnerable groups of people in the world,” he said.

Danila Dilba’s vaccination centre is located in the city with the one in Palmerston, to open from Wednesday.
