COUNTRY Liberals leader Lia Finocchiaro has condemned the actions of a group of men who allegedly performed lewd sex acts on the desk of a female MP in Parliament House after former Coalition staffer Nathan Winn was dismissed on Monday night.
The Coalition staffer, who was dismissed following revelations a ring of men had shared images of themselves committing lewd acts in Canberra’s Parliament House, worked for the NT’s CLP government nine years ago.
Ms Finocchiaro said she condemned the behaviour in the “strongest terms”.

“The behaviour, as reported, is completely inappropriate and absolutely unacceptable,” she said.
Scott Morrison also condemned the group’s reported behaviour as “sickening” this week. That sort of behaviour has no place here, absolutely no place there,” the Prime Minister said.
Mr Winn previously worked for the federal Liberal Party in opposition in 2008-12, according to now-deleted info on his LinkedIn page. He then went to work for the Country Liberal government in the Northern Territory in 2012.
The party regained power in 2012, under the leadership of Terry Mills, after more than a decade of Labor rule in the Territory.
Sources familiar with the matter said Mr Winn’s move to the NT occurred after what one individual described as “appalling” behaviour and irreconcilable differences with former prime minister Tony Abbott’s leadership.

Mr Winn was brought back to Canberra in October 2015 to work in the office of the chief government whip, weeks after Malcolm Turnbull won a spill contesting the prime ministership, according to the LinkedIn page.
It comes after Sky News host Peta Credlin accused Liberal staffers of holding gay “orgies” at Parliament House.
The former chief of staff to Mr Abbott also warned that she knows the culprits exposed in lewd videos of men in Parliament House.
