CRISTAL Archer has been granted bail after appearing before the Darwin Local Court facing three charges.
Archer was charged with two counts of disclosure of confidential information and one count of inciting to the commission of offences.
Archer’s lawyer told the court the defence was seeking to remove the reporting condition.
“A woman with no previous criminal history, she’s not going anywhere, she’s been working with us,” he said.
“There is potentially a job in mining and the reporting condition will make that difficult.”
Judge Michael Carey said “if she gets the job we can have a look at it then but in the meantime it’s not difficult”.
“We’ll leave it for the moment and if she gets employment elsewhere, you can come back.”
The case has been adjourned until November 9.
Ms Archer avoided media for an hour before leaving the court.
