“The Chief Minister’s handling of the Labor cocaine sex scandal proves his position has become untenable,” she said.

“He has been given every opportunity to show real leadership and address these serious allegations.”

Ms Finocchiaro said the Chief Minister was the only person yet to address the allegations of criminal activity among his party and that he had failed a test of leadership through his actions.

“The allegations have been made public, the media have substantiated these allegations, and police are reportedly investigating,” she said.

“This is disgraceful behaviour from a Chief Minister and this goes to the integrity of the entire parliament.

“This Chief Minister’s legacy is now crime, cocaine and cover ups.”
