A series of photos shows the girls hitting each other, with one girl lying on the ground.
The youths were filmed battling it out on multiple fronts as horrified shoppers watched on.
One security guard is shown helplessly trying to contain the mayhem.
The NT News visited Casurina Square on Saturday, talking to local workers near the site of the incident who claim the violence is near-daily.
“It’s all the time,” one worker, who wanted only to be known as Marty, said.
“The security guards can’t do anything,” he said.
“You have to be aware of them.”
Marty said one of the alleged youths involved in the incident was spotted the next day being escorted from Coles.
Another worker, who described the events last week as “full on,” said the issue was a frequent occurrence at the centre.
“It’s everywhere, honestly,” she said.
NT Police and Casuarina Square have been contacted for comment.
