Major Events Minister Natasha Fyles encouraged festival-goers to allow extra time for entering the event site, to account for bag checks, ticket scanning, wristband fitting and additional COVID-19 compliance measures.
“Fans can start planning their day at BASSINTHEGRASS, with a phenomenal program featuring more than 12 hours of live music,” she said.
Ms Fyles said she was proud to support the festival as an event that “boosts visitation, supports local businesses and puts the Top End in the national spotlight”.
