Woman caught on film dropping pants on plane, faces 21 years in jail

Passengers were left horrified when a woman allegedly dropped her pants in the aisle of a plane that was about to land.

Passenger faces 21 years for flashing on plane

A US passenger has been slapped with federal charges after she flashed the cabin by pulling down her pants and underwear, cursing at the crew and allegedly threatening to kill fellow flyers.

Dulce Huertas, 60, was on-board budget airline Frontier Airlines heading from Orlando to Philadelphia, when her meltdown was caught on camera on November 20, the New York Post reports.

She had two cocktails, got out of her seat while the plane was about to land in Philly and announced, “I have to pee,” according to a federal complaint obtained by The Post.

A flight attendant identified as “R.G” told her she had to sit down, but the woman began cursing before finally taking her seat during her outburst, the document signed by FBI Special Agent Kyle Kapron states.

“After the plane landed and was taxiing to the gate, Huertas began cursing at passengers around her,” it says. “R.G asked flight attendant M.P. to call security to assist at the arrival gate.”

The captain was notified about the unhinged passenger and made an announcement instructing everyone to remain seated.

At the gate, Huertas allegedly pushed other passengers out of the way as she went to the front of the cabin, where she approached the lavatory but was stopped by the crew.

“Sorry, everybody,” she announced, then “pulled down her pants and underwear down as she squatted as if to urinate in the aisle,” according to the complaint.

Fellow traveller Julie Voshell Hartman has shared shocking video of the incident on Facebook.

“Huertas displayed her a**s and genitalia” in front of the passengers, some of whom were children, it states.

At one point, the person behind the camera recording the confrontation was heard saying, “That poor boy next to us” — apparently referring to the young boy across the aisle who viewed the woman’s graphic display.

Despite the stooped stance, she stopped short of relieving herself on the floor and pulled her underwear and pants back up — but allegedly cursed at the passengers.

“Huertas again approached the front of the plane and told flight attendant S.K, ‘Let me pass, let me pass,’” the affidavit says, adding that the crew were busy at the door.

“M.P was concerned that Huertas would open one of the external doors and activate an emergency slide. In her attempt to get past S.K, Huertas used her belly to bump S.K,” the complaint says.

When she failed to get by, she allegedly continued to yell, curse and threaten to kill several passengers.

Huertas has been charged with indecent exposure in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States, interference with flight crew members and attendants and simple assault, according to the complaint filed Monday in US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Fox 29 reported she faces a maximum sentence of 21 years in prison and a $US335,000 – $510,000 — fine.
