The brawl broke out last Tuesday when two couples were on the viewing platform next to the Everest Elevation Measurement Monument.
According to local media, the couples were discussing best angles for their photos before things took a nasty turn.
An argument soon turned into a fight over the best spot to take a photograph.
Footage shows two men brawling while a woman in a light blue coat attempts to separate them before another woman chimes in and repeatedly starts kicking one of the men.
An Everest border police officer reportedly noticed the commotion and managed to separate the fighting men.
According to the Daily Mail, it is unclear whether any of the tourists involved in the brawl were injured but involved parties were taken into custody and are now being investigated over the fight.
Authorities are handling the case according to legal procedures and will provide updates to the public in due course, according to a statement.
