Boat smashes into luxury car in dramatic storage facility mishap
A malfunction at a storage facility has led to the shocking destruction of an expensive parked car in Western Australia.
A parked car has been crushed by a boat outside a storage facility in Western Australia after a mishap sent the vessel crashing through a fence onto the road.
The expensive Mercedes’ bonnet was smashed by the boat, which was being moved at the Blue HQ boat storage facility on Mews Rd in Fremantle when the accident occurred.
No one was injured in the crash on Sunday afternoon.
Police arrived at the scene to direct traffic around the incident, 9 News reported.
“It’ll be right mate, buff it out,” one person joked to the unfortunate Mercedes owner on social media.
Another commenter speculated that insurance agents would have some difficulty understanding what had happened.
“Your boat ran over a what?” he wrote.
