Thousands of sale airfares up for grabs for jetsetting Aussies

Virgin has launched a massive airfare sale, with discounted flights to some of Australia’s favourite tropical destinations on offer.

Virgin Australia has slashed airfare prices to some of Australia’s favourite tropical locations, with thousands of sale fares on offer for a short time only.

Aussies can swap city views for the sands of tropical destinations like Bali, Fiji, Samoa and Vanuatu as the Australian carrier offers 50,000 sale fares for travel between February 13 and November 30, 2024.

Tickets for as low as $449 return are available, with flights from Sydney to Fiji just $479 and Brisbane to Samoa just $559 return.

Sale fares are available now until midnight AEST on February 9 or unless sold out prior. Full sale details are available at Virgin.com.

The mega sale comes as Jetstar announced a massive sale on Thailand holiday packages for travel dates between late April and early December 2024.

The packages include return starter fares, accommodation, checked luggage, standard seat selection and inclusions such as daily buffet breakfasts, welcome cocktails and daily kids club access.

Aussies looking for a short getaway could enjoy a five-night stay at the Kata Sea Breeze Resort in Phuket for as low as $529 per adult or a relaxing five-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Phuket resort for just $1379 per adult.

The sale ends at 11.59pm AEDT on February 10 or unless sold out prior.
