A Gold Coast home with a skate park, swimming pool and putting green will be listed on Airbnb for just $16 a night next week.

And it is the home of BMX gold medallist Logan Martin.

The unique property overlooking the hinterland will only be available to book once for four guests for an exclusive three-night stay between September 30 and October 4.

The lucky guests will have access to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an up-close look at Martin’s memorabilia display, and access to the backyard skate park, putting green, pool, sandpit and slide.

If that wasn’t enough, the stay also includes a one-hour BMX session with Martin at his customised skate park, which the Olympian had installed in 2019 for $70,000.

It proved worth it when he was able to still practice during Covid lockdowns.

The unique home will be available to book on Airbnb on Tuesday, September 12 at 9am AEST.

Those who are interested will need to be fast because it is first in, best dressed.

Martin said he wanted to inspire the next generation of BMX riders through the partnership.

“As a host, I will bring a unique and adventure-fuelled experience to my guests so they can create exciting lifelong memories – including a very special one-on-one BMX experience in my world class skate park in my backyard,” the 29-year-old said in a statement.

Martin first tried Freestyle BMX himself at 12 years old at his local skate park.

He won his first international competition in 2013 and many more accolades since.

In 2021, he won the gold medal in the inaugural men’s BMX freestyle event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

In his first 60-second run he was awarded a score of 93.3 which none of his competitors were able to match in either of their two runs.

“I came into the final with all the pressure in the world on me and I overcome that and I managed to win the event off my first run. I honestly can’t believe it. I’m so stoked,” Martin told Channel 7 after the triumph.

“That was my safety run and I got it at 93.30. I didn't even bring out my big tricks, which is crazy to think. Anyone who has seen me ride knows I have a lot more.

“I’m stoked to bring home a gold medal to Australia.”
