RANDWICK

NIC ASHMAN (Daily Telegraph). Tipster’s recent form: 47325

FAUSTUS

Race 7, No. 10

Thought he was good first-up and he is a horse that’s always shown ability.

TAB Fixed Odds: $11

STEPHEN ZAMMIT (Daily Telegraph). Form: 60584

LOOPHOLE

Race 4, No. 7

This Chris Waller gelding hit the line well when a minor placegetter at Canterbury on April 23. Last time out, again made good progress for fourth over 1800m here on May 20. Should be ready to appreciate the 2000m of this race and will get a nice smother from an inside gate.

TAB Fixed Odds: $5

JOHN DAVIS (Daily Telegraph). Form: 5x059

CRADLE ME

Race 6, No. 13

Has an electrifying turn of hoof, when she let flies and second-up stats are encouraging. Overlook her flop in the Ortensia Stakes at Scone last month when she never balanced up. Stick with her in this big field.

TAB Fixed Odds: $17

DARREN PRENDERGAST (Super Racing). Form: 17002

ANGELS BEACH

Race 6, No. 9

Consistent mare heads north after being pipped on the post first-up at Caulfield. Peter Moody has called on Linda Meech — a successful combination during the Sydney autumn carnival — to do the steering on the five-year-old, who is unbeaten over 1100m. Top chance.

TAB Fixed Odds: $8

NICK QUINN (TAB). Form: x1089

ANGELS BEACH

Race 6, No. 9

Heavily backed when resuming at Caulfield last start and just caught late by Play Master.

Has won both previous starts over the 1100 metres and despite the wide barrier draw must be respected.

TAB Fixed Odds: $8

MOONEE VALLEY

MATT STEWART (Herald Sun). Tipster’s recent form: 37342

RAPOSO

Race 5, No. 11

Worked home hard in pretty good race first-up. Fitter and will be powering late.

TAB Fixed Odds: $10

ROD NICHOLSON (Herald Sun). Form: 01130

JESSY BELLE

Race 3, No. 3

Ran home strongly here last week. Back to own sex and looks good each-way value.

TAB Fixed Odds: $4.40

MICHAEL MANLEY (Herald Sun). Form: 30101

MONTEUX

Race 5, No. 4

Classy three-year-old resuming. Won his debut at Bendigo last time in. Placed in a Group 3 at Newcastle at his last start before being spelled. Has performed well in recent jump-out at Caulfield.

TAB Fixed Odds: $8.50

DOOMBEN

NATHAN EXELBY (The Courier-Mail). Tipster’s recent form: 85012

INTO THE RED

Race 1, No. 3

The Sydney three-year-old Kaepernick is all the rage in early markets, but if Into The Red repeats his brilliant first-up rating, he’s going to be mighty hard to beat again. The Kelso Wood stable is back in form and he looks to get a nice run just behind the speed here.

TAB Fixed Odds: $4.40

BRAD DAVIDSON (Gold Coast Bulletin). Form: 70710

WHISKEY ALLROUND

Race 1, No. 8

All the focus seems to be on Kaepernick in this race but there is no reason this Brisbane-trained sprinter can’t pinch it in front. There doesn’t look to be a lot of speed and he should get a very cheap lead. His form has been mixed this campaign but at his best he would win this and he looks a great each-way bet.

TAB Fixed Odds: $10

SIMON MOY (Super Racing). Form: 64639

LOOK TO THE STARS

Race 6, No. 9

Hasn’t put a foot wrong since arriving from NSW and Clarry Conners is a genius when it comes to getting a youngster to peak at the right time. Must be in this up to her eyeballs.

TAB Fixed Odds: $7.50

MORPHETTVILLE

LINCOLN MOORE (The Advertiser). Tipster’s recent form: 21242

ROCKET COMMANDER

Race 8, No. 3

Talented three-year-old having his ninth run this time in work. Put together consecutive wins at Balaklava and Strathalbyn before a good effort behind Duaneo when he came from a long way back on the Parks circuit. Suited here, drawn out and looks terrific each-way value.

TAB Fixed Odds: $7

BEN SCADDEN (The Advertiser). Form: 03813

RHINESTONE RUBY

Race 4, No. 5

Honest mare who was only beaten three lengths in the SA Sprint Series final last time. She’s better suited here and expect her to finish her race off strongly for talented apprentice Jake Toeroek at double-figure odds.

TAB Fixed Odds: $11
