Woman sexually assaulted at music festival
A MAN in a sling sexually assaulted a woman who was dancing on her own at the Groovin’ The Moo music festival in country Victoria at the weekend.
A 20-YEAR-OLD woman has been sexually assaulted at a music festival in the Victorian city of Bendigo.
Police say the woman was dancing alone at the Groovin’ the Moo festival about 4pm on Saturday when an unknown man grabbed her from behind and sexually assaulted her.
When a passer-by saw her in distress and came to her aid, the offender fled the scene.
He’s described as being about 18 years old, of slim build and pale complexion and with an injured arm in a sling.
