Police have released horrifying footage of a 9-year-old boy injured in a brutal hit-and-run as they search for the driver.

Terrifying footage has captured the moment a man was shot in a street in Melbourne’s north after he was allegedly lured there under work pretenses. Emergency services were called to Denys St in Fawkner following reports a man had been shot about 9.30am on October 3 last year. CCTV captured a white Mercedes Benz travelling on the streeet about 25 minutes earlier, travelling all the way around a roundabout before parking on the street.The 49-year-old victim arrived just after 9.30am.
