A 20-year-old man who died after a horror motorbike crash in Prospect has been remembered as a ‘kind, funny’ person who was ‘full of love’.

A young motorcyclist who died in hospital after a horror crash in Adelaide has been remembered as “kind, funny and full of love”.

Patrick Templer, 20, was riding the motorbike with another young man as his pillion passenger when it crashed in Prospect on Sunday night.

Both men sustained serious head injuries and were taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital following the accident.

Sadly, Mr Templer died from his injuries on Monday afternoon.

His father John took to social media to share the devastating news, describing his “beautiful baby boy” as “kind, funny and full of love”.

“He's helping others now and we love him even more for that if it’s possible to,” Mr Templer wrote.

“Only God can know how much we love and miss him.

“Sweet dreams darling boy.”

Friends and family commented on the post, passing on their condolences.

“Dearest John and Om, our hearts are breaking for you both. Sending our sincere condolences and much love,” one person wrote.

“So sorry to hear John. Thoughts are with you at this very difficult time mate,” another post read.

According to Mr Templer’s social media, the Burnside man was a “big fan of Cruisers and motorbikes” and enjoyed travelling.

His relative, Holly Templer, said the family lost the most incredible boy and gained the most beautiful angel.

“I hope they have a cold carton of cruisers & a pair of uggies up there for you Patty,” her post read.

“Thank you for blessing us with so many memories, endless laughs & that infectious smile. You are loved and missed so dearly.”

Mr Templer’s passenger, a 21-year-old man from Clearview, remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital.

Mr Templer’s death brings the state’s road toll to seven, compared with five at the same time last year.

Police and emergency service crews were called to the scene at Guilford Ave in Prospect just before 1.30am on Sunday.

Adarsh Surshkumar saw the incident and said the vehicle was airborne for more than 10m.

He believed the men did not see a dip in the road as they rode along.

Mr Surshkumar said other local residents, including one who was an off-duty paramedic, tried to help the two men before ambulance crews arrived.

“I was trying to communicate with them … but they were just heavy breathing,” he said.

Major Crash is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
