A teenage boy has fallen off a mountain bike at Cudlee Creek — the MedSTAR helicopter has been dispatched.
A teenage boy is in a serious condition after falling off a mountain bike at Cudlee Creek.
A MedSTAR helicopter has been sent about 1.50pm on Saturday as paramedics rushed to Fox Creek Downhill trail.
The 15-year-old boy is unresponsive and has serious injuries, according to a SA Ambulance Service spokeswoman.
The boy was flown to the Royal Adelaide Hospital before being transferred to Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Many of the riders at Fox Creek were preparing for a race organised by the Gravity Enduro South Australia on Sunday.
