Boy on green scooter arrested over alleged indecent assaults at Seaford Meadows

A teenaged boy has been arrested after police released CCTV images following two alleged indecent assaults in Adelaide’s south last week.

UPDATE: Police have arrested a teenager over indecent assaults at Seaford Meadows last week.

A scooter-riding boy was wanted over the alleged indecent assault of two women in Adelaide’s southern suburbs on September 2 and September 5.

In the first incident, a woman was walking along Simcoe Ave, Seaford Meadows, when a boy on a green scooter assaulted her about 4.10pm on September 2.

Then, last Thursday, a teenage girl was walking along the same street when she was assaulted by a boy also riding a green scooter.

The boy was described as caucasian, aged between 12 and 16, and was wearing dark pants and a light blue hooded top.

He was arrested in the southern suburbs today, charged with two counts of indecent assault and bailed to appear at Christie’s Beach Magistrate’s Court.
