Reality star Sam Frost has revealed the reason she’s decided to ‘pump the breaks’ on getting married.

Former Bachelorette turned actor Sam Frost has revealed the relatable reason she’s decided to canel her wedding.

Frost, 34, is a new mum to her beautiful son Theodore whom she welcomed with her fiance Jordie Hansen, 26.

“There are no words to describe how much we love you,” she wrote on Instagram to announce his birth in March.

The couple recently appeared on Sunrise and the former reality star revealed that she’d stopped wedding planning.

“I’m the one that has pumped the breaks on it,” she admitted.

“It is just so expensive! It’s hard to justify spending so much money because we want to buy a house, and now we’ve got a baby.”

Frost clarified that the engagement hadn’t been called off, but having a baby had just shifted the couple’s priorities.

“We will eventually, but our focus at the moment is little Teddy,” she said.

Frost and Hansen got engaged after only dating for six months and revealed the news exclusively on their podcast, which was created to document a road trip they were going on.

“We just recently got engaged, and to celebrate, we thought, let’s hit the road. Let’s go on a 14-day road trip!” She exclaimed.

Frost, of course, became famous when she was on The Bachelor and then later The Bachelorette and then she had a radio show with Rove before nabbing a role on Home And Away.

Hansen has a lower profile, but he did star in a season of 10’s reality show Survivor alongside Frost’s Brother Alex — which is where Frost and Hansen met.

Frost confessed on Fitzy and Wippa’s Nova radio show that she was the first one to make a move.

“I bailed my brother up, and I was like ‘, Oi, is he single or what?’ and then he was like ‘Ah, don’t be weird.’ He’s like, ‘you’re so embarrassing!’” she said.

“He’s younger. I’m a little cougar, you know,” she joked.
