‘I’m going to be very honest with you’: Sam Frost makes pregnancy confession

Former Bachelor and Home And Away star Sam Frost made a brutally honest confession about her pregnancy.

Former Home And Away star Sam Frost has made a surprise confession about her pregnancy as she enters the third trimester.

Frost, 33, is expecting her first child with fiance, former Survivor contestant Jordie Hansen.

In a video posted to her Instagram story on Tuesday, the media personality admitted she hadn’t done any exercise since falling pregnant.

“Righto team, I’m going to be very honest with you,’’ she began her Instagram video.

“I have not exercised my entire pregnancy.

“I’ve been for walks and done water aerobics with the grannies down at the pool, but I was talking to Liz from Empowered Motherhood.

“Basically just venting about how my pelvic floor has gone to s**t and I wee myself all the time and I’m struggling with motivation.”

The former Bachelorette went on to promote an exercise app she’s been using which was developed by Empowered Motherhood.

The actor said she has set a goal of exercising for 30 minutes three times a week.

“I’ve been doing it for a couple of weeks now, but I’m going to really focus and share this journey with you, because I feel like it will need to have some accountability, or I won’t do anything and just sit at home and be lazy,” she said.

While speaking and calling herself lazy, Hansen chimed in: “It’s not lazy, you’re growing a baby.”

Frost has been documenting her pregnancy on social media since announcing the news in September.

The reality star admitted that her pregnancy journey has not been easy after she suffered from morning sickness.

Last month, the actor revealed she had a fall in her driveway. At the time, she explained on her podcast Jordie and Sam’s Rural Road Trip she was on the mend and “hobbling”.

“So last week I told everyone how I had a fall down my driveway, tore some ligaments in my foot, busted up my feet and my leg,” she said.

Frost and Hansen became engaged in July after dating for just five months.

The couple are expecting a boy, reportedly due in February.
