The radio shockjock shared his no-nonsense advice on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Wednesday morning, declaring that a man leaving the house “balls empty” meant he wouldn’t even look at another woman.

“Here’s a tip – sorry, fellas, I’m going to throw you under the bus,” the 50-year-old began.

“Ladies, if your guy goes out a lot, like every Friday with the boys, and you think, ‘Oh, I’m not liking this’, make sure he goes out balls empty.

“Balls empty means he ain’t going to do anything, he’s not going to look at anyone.”

Asked by his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson how long a man’s balls remain “empty”, Sandilands said the ffects usually last “all night” until he returns home to his girlfriend.

“But if you go out full, then you are toey,” he warned.

Sandilands is currently expecting his first child – a baby boy – with fiance Tegan Kynaston.

The couple have already chosen a name for their unborn son: Otto.

Sandilands’ relationship advice comes after he became an unlikely feminist hero during a viral interview earlier this month for kicking US podcaster Myron Gaines off his radio show after Gaines claimed men can cheat on their girlfriends, but women can’t cheat on their boyfriends.

“Women want attention, men want sex, so my thing is men are capable of having sex with other women while still loving his girl the same,” Gaines, who co-hosts the self-purported “world’s No. 1 men’s podcast” Fresh and Fit, said.

As Sandilands began to interject, Gaines demanded more time to spout his theories, which Sandilands didn’t take kindly to.

“That’s crazy. You can’t just go throwing that thing around …” Sandilands began, before Gaines exclaimed “Let me finish!”

Furious by the rebuttal, Sandilands spat: “I’m sick of you asking to finish your long, boring answers that are the same answer every time we ask you a question.”“But you guys asked me to come on your show?” Gaines questioned.

“So f**king what, clown!?” Sandilands fired back, prompting fits of laughter from co-host Jackie.

“Here you are on the show, I can turn you off as well! Turn these clowns off, see ya fellas! Come back when you’re 30 and not being led around by your d**ks,” Sandilands fumed as he and Jackie sarcastically farewelled the podcast hosts in unison.
