Throughout both her pregnancies Emily has made a point of documenting the “real” side of what happens when you are expecting.

”It wasn’t spoken about enough, so I thought I was in a good position to be honest and show all the ups and downs – but obviously still show I am really grateful to be able to have babies.
“However, it’s not sunshine, rainbows and lollipops. It’s hard work and you feel sick.”

I’ve had a number of similar messages to this one and they’re coming from women with legit IG accounts – not hiding behind obvious fake ones,” Emily wrote.

“This DM came after I posted a slide saying, ‘If you can’t be kind & supportive then be quiet. This does not mean you can’t offer constructive criticism, just make sure it’s from a place of kindness – there is a difference between that and criticism that’s intended to hurt. HURT or HELP – your choice.’ – I stand by these words.”
