Aldi Special Buys kitchen range setting social media on fire

One Aldi Special Buys kitchen item that went on sale on March 15 is going viral on TikTok, with one customer saying they were “obsessed”.

The latest Special Buys range from Aldi is setting social media on fire, with many saying they are keen to get their hands on it.

Mark Polchleb took to TikTok and said everyone was heading to Aldi this week to get their hands on the bouclé collection.

But he warned that people shouldn’t go past the Crofton Architect Special Buys, which features items such as plates and bowls.

He said he picked up the stone-look 18 items for around $50.

Mark captioned the video: “Obsessed. Have been after the perfect set of plates that look like bowls that look like plates for a while and Aldi delivered with this beautiful matte stoneware.”

Hayley Napthali-Sabjan picked up a black set of the dinner plates, saying she had wanted to updated her kitchenware for a while.

She had been thinking about purchasing from Kmart but she deemed it too expensive for what she wanted.

That’s when she stumbled across the Crofton Architecture range being sold at Aldi.

“It’s amazing – you can choose between black and an off-white beige, and I wanted to be bold so I went for the black,” she said.

She paired it with the rose gold cutlery range, but added there were other colours available such as a gunmetal grey.

The dinner plates and side plates both come in a two pack, and retail for $5.99.

The matt glazed stoneware comes in assorted colours and is deemed microwave and dishwasher safe.

Meanwhile, the bowl and the mug have the same features but retail for $4.99.

One person shared: “I went to 3 ALDIs yesterday just to get my hands on the full set. They’re gorg!”

Another added: “Crying because the US has none of this.”

“Oh love it! I bet they wouldn’t have any left,” one commiserated.

Another said: “OMG I didn’t realise these were Aldi.”

“I’m heading there now,” another social media user commented on the video.
