The loaf is scone-inspired and includes 20 thickly cut slices and has been described as deliciously crunchy on the outside when toasted.

For added flavour, you can top it with jam and cream as one very excited TikTok user demonstrated.
“Look what I found at the supermarket,” she began the clip showing footage of the new item at her local Coles store.
“This one said we should heat them up, toast them and serve with jam and cream.”
She used raspberry and jam and added a teaspoon of Bulla Dollop cream in the centre.
“What the heck, it kinda does have a scone texture,” she said.
Her clip has attracted more than 58,000 views with many in the comments section keen to give it a go.
“This looks delicious,” one person wrote.
“Omg yum,” another simply added.
Others who have already tried it raved that it is “so good”.
“Been having them for weeks with butter and honey and they’re soo good. Had two slices this morning,” one TikTok user wrote.
“The scone loaf was so good,” a second person confirmed.
“It does look good,” a third added.
The Grocery Geek AU also posted the new release to their Facebook page describing it as “slightly sweet”.
“Toast a slice and top with jam and cream … or anything you like, for a freshly baked scone experience … or you can simply eat it straight from the pack,” they captioned the post.
The new flavour comes after the success of Golden’s Cinnamon Donut Loaf last year and Crumpet Toast.
Both Coles and Woolies sell the new scone loaf for $5.50.
