Pregnant Tiffiny Hall’s ‘real’ bikini body photo praised by fans

The former Biggest Loser coach is currently expecting her second child, stunning fans with a “glowing” snap of her blooming bump.

Tiffiny Hall has been praised for sharing a real “bikini body” photo while pregnant with her second child.

The fitness star and health advocate revealed she was expecting baby number two with husband Ed Kavalee in December, describing the news as a “dream come true”.

Now, she has flaunted her growing bump in an adorable photo wearing a black bikini, with Tiff captioning the snap: “Bikini body.”

Her 221,000 followers were quick to comment on the gorgeous pregnancy picture, describing the former Biggest Loser coach as “beautiful”, “strong” and “glowing”.

“You look flipping amazing! This is the kind of fit, strong and healthy pregnancy body that is aspirational and attainable,” one woman wrote.

“How incredible is the female body! Women rock! You look beautiful,” another agreed.

“Looking amazing. Pregnancy and bikinis suit you,” someone else stated.

Other commenters praised the female body, writing it can do “amazing things”.

In the past, the 37-year-old has been very vocal about how body image standards pressure women to fit a certain “look”.

Tiff has also discussed her own personal issues after gaining 30kg during her pregnancy with son Arnold and felt overwhelmed by being expected to “bounce back” within weeks of his arrival.

Instead, Tiff decided to shun expectations on her body from others and “bounce forward”, explaining she took it “very slow” after Arnie’s arrival.

“It could have damaged my business because it changed my image and all that. But I didn’t care. I wanted to rehab my body after the trauma of birth properly,” she told news.com.au in March 2019.

“It was never about the bikini body for me. It was about loving my baby body, and yeah, I’ve got loose skin on my stomach, and it will never be the same again. I’ve got wider hips, and I’ve got stretch marks.

“My body has changed, but I am stronger now, I have better abdominal muscles and a better core and pelvic floor than I did before I had the baby because I took it slow.”

Since having Arnold, Tiff introduced a fitness program designed especially for mums on her app TXO.

She’s also experienced a long-term health battle after being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome/ME and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) – a blood pressure condition which in her case is genetic.

The TV star opened up about how her medical issues caused her to hit “rock bottom” in April 2021 and took a step back from social media and her work.

“While I’m staying positive, recovery is tough and will mean taking a break for a little while to get well again,” she said.

“This is one of the hardest decisions, but I have to practise what I teach … and hopefully will be back in no time.”
