Tiffiny Hall shares teary lockdown Instagram

The fitness influencer broke down in tears as she summed up most people’s lockdown feelings in a heartfelt video.

Tiff Hall's lockdown meltdown

As anyone in NSW or Melbourne knows, lockdown can feel exhausting at times – just ask Tiffiny Hall.

The fitness influencer, who lives in Melbourne, took to her Instagram story on Monday to share a very relatable video about just how exhausted she was feeling about the prolonged stay-at-home orders.

Appearing teary, Tiffiny said she was “having one of those mornings” and was feeling overwhelmed by the lockdown.

“I just feel really like, is this life, is this it? I’m just so sick of it,” she said. “I’m sure everyone feels the exact same.”

Tiffiny said her hand, which she underwent surgery on last December for a severed wrist ligament, was “killing me” and the news was “getting to me”.

In an accompanying caption, Tiffiny said she was “feeling anxious about the week ahead” and feeling for kids who would have to go without kinder or playgrounds.

Tiffiny then got her son Arnold to sing for her, saying in the caption it had made her “feel better”.

Last week, Melbourne marked 200 days of lockdown since the coronavirus pandemic began, with fears the city could be following the same path as Sydney as the highly infectious Delta strain continues to spread.

Tiffiny, who first rose to fame as a trainer on The Biggest Loser and has her own fitness and wellbeing company TXO LIFE, has always been open about her struggles.

Earlier this month she opened up to news.com.au about battling with chronic fatigue syndrome/ME and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) – a blood pressure condition which in her case is genetic.

The medical conditions, which came on after a busy period of work last year, have seen Tiffiny go from training most days of the week to just 10 minutes of physical activity per day.

“It happened so suddenly off the back of a few big shoots and I just couldn’t walk or get out of bed,” she said.
