Fashion Police co-host Brad Goreski has earned the right to shoot from the lip
FASHION Police co-host Brad Goreski says worked his way up from the bottom to earn the right to play red carpet critic of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
BRAD Goreski has a taste for the good things in life.
As one of the hottest celebrity stylists in Hollywood today, coupled with a powerful place in one of the critics’ chairs on E! channel’s Fashion Police series, he eats luxury labels for breakfast.

But as the humble Canadian will tell you, he’s literally schlepped his way up that corporate ladder, doing the hard yards in an industry which can, at times, be anything but glamorous.
While he sits near the top of the star stylist pecking order, he says he’s proud of the years he’s spent earning his designer stripes.
“I come from a place where everything I have today I know I worked for,” he tells News Corp Australia. “I started as an intern. I carried the trays of Jamba juice across Times Square to the Vogue offices. I folded silk scarfs that wouldn’t stay folded. I’ve done everything you can absolutely imagine, so I don’t feel guilty now when I say to my assistants, ‘I don’t want to be building FedEx boxes, I just don’t. I’ve packed thousands of boxes, I just can’t do it anymore. Not interested. I used to love it. I’d sit there, camp out, fold them, pack them, label them, get them out but I can’t any more.”
He says this not to distance himself from other fashion divas but to prove he’s learned and earned his place in the style world.
Famous for being more kind than cruel to those who come up for criticism on the red carpet show, Goreski says his 20 years of experience means he can give viewers an informed opinion on what’s hot or not.
“I can always back my criticism up with expertise because I’m still fitting people, I’m still sending them off on the red carpet. Sometimes I know the history of a dress, or I hear the story or the stylist tells me what’s happened, so I come with some sort of insider information and that’s what people want. I would never want to hurt anybody’s feelings.”
