Knowles uploads a photo showing off her bikini body

The model has her social media followers in a frenzy after flaunting her bikini bod in a a revealing Instagram snap.

Elyse Knowles has sent her followers into a spiral after she posted a saucy Instagram snap of herself a tiny bikini, flaunting her toned body.

The Block alum shared a behind-the-scenes snap tagging Fendi in the photo shoot with her nearly one million followers, raking in more than 21,900 likes on the post from two days ago.

She is pictured wearing a black and white bikini and what would appear to be a Fendi trench coat, strategically positioned to not obscure her toned tummy.

Accompanying the post, she said: “BTS on today’s shoot with some special ladies” and tagged fashion photographer Bonnie Hansen, stylist and creative director Molly King and makeup artist Katie Angus.

Fans were quick to approve Knowles’ steamy picture, with one user refusing to hold back from posting a very cheesy comment, saying: “Someone grab a fire extinguisher because you look hot.”

Other comments included “Holy crap your bod is awesome. Lots of hard work there, well done you” to more “body goals” compliments and simply “wow”.

The 25-year-old who won last year’s season of The Block with partner Josh Barker, recently revealed her intense fitness regimes before photo shoots.

“When I find out I’ve booked a big gig, the first thing I do is sit down and plan out a ‘health kick’. It’s not about losing weight — it’s about toning up and feeling my best,” Knowles wrote on her blog.

In May this year, she landed a major deal as the face of swimwear label Seafolly and explained that she was “training heaps in the lead-up to Seafolly, up to two to three times a day on occasions”.

It included HIIT classes, weight classes and brisk walks with her puppy.

“When I was training, I would say to myself, ‘SEAFOLLY, SEAFOLLY!’ This little chant kept me strong and focused during each session,” Knowles wrote. “When I thought I couldn’t go any harder, I’d picture the years of hard work to get myself here and just keep on pushing. Your body can do amazing things when you set your mind to something.”

As her contract comes to an end, Knowles credits the label for bumping up her career, along with her stint on (and winning) the popular renovation show, and her lucrative gigs with Myer and Aveda.

“I think it (Seafolly) has put me on another level,” Knowles told Sunday Confidential.

“It has made my brand even bigger and better than it was.

“Seafolly is such an iconic Australian swimwear brand that is recognised globally, so it is so nice to have my name recognised alongside these other faces of Seafolly.”
